Brian is Broker Of Record & Co-Owner of RE/MAX Surfside located in historic Cape May, NJ. He is a full time career professional with over 20 years experience, holds a BA in Entrepreneurship from Florida Atlantic University and has earned many of the most important designations in industry (CRS, GRI, ABR, SRES & ePRO). Brian is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and his team has achieved Titan Club level and are perennial recipients of the New Jersey REALTORS Circle of Excellence Sales Award. Brian is highly involved within the REALTOR organization, serving two terms as President of Cape May County Association of REALTORS, on the Board of Directors & as a Division Officer with New Jersey REALTORS as well as a committee member with The National Association of REALTORS. He is also active within the community, having served as President of the Board of Trustees with Cape May MAC (Museums + Arts + Culture) and now as President of the West Cape May Board of Education. The Coastal Marketing Group services all of Cape May & Atlantic County from mainland year round residential to luxury second home property on the islands. They are also well respected, and very active REO Brokers, having managed a high volume of Bank Assets for over 17 years for many of the largest lenders, servicers and agencies in the Nation.
